Music Monday- Yelawolf

Yelawolf.

Yelawolf is a rapper out of Alabama that is currently signed to shady records, and released his first album " Trunk Muzik 0-60" in 2010. The first song that I ever heard by Yelawolf was "Daddy's Lambo." This song is produced by Drama Beats that is Rob Dyrdek's cousin from Fantasy Factory, and that's how I first heard of this song.

On Saturday October 16th I went to a Yelawolf and it was the greatest concert that I have ever been to. Yelawolf's stage presence is amazing. The coolest thing to me about the concert besides the mosh pit's, fights, and when Yelawolf was chugging and pouring Jack Daniels on the ground, was when he would just look into the crowd and smile like he was so happy to be rapping as his career. These are the pictures that I got of the night.

JBF Custom Hats

JBF has created a custom python snapback. JBF started off with a Mitchell & Ness snapback and created a masterpiece. The top of the bill is real python skin, and the bottom is the classic green. The snapback turned into a buckle made from the same python. Here is what JBF has made.

Nike Blazer "Aztec"

There are now 3 new additions to the "Aztec Pack" and they are Blazers! Two different colors of the blazers one of the colors is (black/burgundy) and they come in low and highs, and the other colors are (black/cream) but these only come in highs.






These are supposed to hit the shelves sometime later this year.

Music Monday- Grieves

For another music Monday, here is Grieves.

Grieves is a really cool rapper that has been working hard for a while. On stage it isn't just him, he also has Budo. Budo is like his DJ, but instead of him only playing the songs he also plays trumpet, and guitar.  Grieves is currently signed to Rhymesayers entertainment. He recently released an album called "Together Appart and is now on the tour for his album with two other rappers "The Mc Type" and "Prof". On October 6th I went to his concert and it was bananas! Here are a few pictures that I got of him although they aren't very clear.

Diversitile Freddy Krueger "Nightmare"

I have been thinking about somebody making these shoes for a long time, but who could do it better than Diversitile. Custom made Freddy Krueger Nike SB dunks. They have his burned skin on the toe, his sweater on the side, and on the back of the shoe is Freddy Krueger's glove.




To make these even better Diversitile  made a custom shoe box with Freddy Krueger's sweater, and burnt skin.

A Bathing Ape x G-Shock

New A Bathing Ape G-Shock is now out. This watch is a limited edition DW-6900, only 2,000 were made.

It is a black watch, with gold accents. On the side it has the text "Ape Shall Never Kill Ape" in gold, and underneath that there is another gold accent that says "A Bathing Ape." In the blue back light it has a brownish pink Bape head. 25th anniversary "My Adidas" Superstar 80's

25 years after the hit song, "My Adidas" came out by Run D.M.C, Addidas is making an anniversary pair of shoes to celebrate the 25 years of "My Adidas."
These come in Run D.M.C's original black and white colors, with golden lace accessories on each shoe. They come with the Run D.M.C Adidas box. They will be released to specific Adidas Originals retailers on November 11th.

What's a better way to start your week than Tyler, The Creator?

Tyler is the creator Odd Future, and he is one of my favorite artist's. He currently has 2 Albums out "Bastard", and "Goblin". This year he won best new artist at the Video Music Awards. Most people know him from the "Yonkers" music video, and if you haven't seen it you are about to be extremely amazed.

The first time I watched "Yonkers" I was so astounded that I had to watch it over, and over again. If you really liked "Yonkers" then watch "Yonkers pt 2", it is just as crazy if not more.

Vans x Disney "Minnie Couture"

Vans and Disney made these shoes to resemble Minnie Mouse with the brown faux-fur uppers, and white faux-fur on the inside, with pink polka dot laces to look like the bow that Minnie wears on her head. These are made in two different styles Sk8-Hi's and slip on's.   

These will be released on October 7th.

AKROE x G-Shock

If a G-Shock can't break, can it melt?  This G-Shock is a white DW-6900NB-7 with a black and gold pattern on it. It is a collaboration with AKROE and is called "The Melting" G-Shock. This is a limited addition watch that there will only be 100 made.
This watch comes out in late October but will be exclusively sold in Chez Maman's store in Paris, and on his website http://www.chezmaman.com/ "The Melting" G-Shock will retail for $174.00 USD.

J. Cole has been doing his thing since 2007 with his first mixtape release "The Come Up".

Since his first mixtape he was the first artist to sign to Jay-Z's label Roc Nation. Under Roc Nation in 2009 he released the mixtape "The Warm Up". This was an extremely successful mixtape landing him in all kinds of magazines, and guest features on other artist's songs.

Tomorrow 9/27/2011, J. Cole's album "Cole World: The Sideline Story" comes out everywhere in stores. Go get it and support Hip-Hop. If you haven't ever heard of J. Cole here are some of my favorite songs by him.

Mastermind JAPAN x Bape capsule collection

Here are a couple of pictures from the capsule collection that Bape and Mastermind JAPAN have collaberated on which consist's of outerwear, t-shirts, denim, caps, accessories, and of course SNEAKERS!
Although these items may be at a much higher price than most people would like to pay, there is a reason for this. First off the quality on all of these items are extremely high. A Bathing Ape, and Mastermind JAPAN pride themselves on their quality of their product. Another reason why these items are priced so high is because of the limited quanities, these items are not mass produced, so you probably will never see another person with the same shirt if you had one. Finally Mastermind JAPAN is closing forever on it's 15th anniversary in 2013, so if you purchase anything made by Mastermind then it would be like an investment because the value of these items will go up.
